Return & Refund Policy – (DAILY THREADS)

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong size delivered, or incorrect item shipped.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.

  • Refunds are only issued for defective, misprinted, or damaged products. Claims must be raised within (7 DAYS) of delivery with proof (unboxing video + images). Once approved, refunds are processed within (5-7 DAYS) business days to the original payment method.

2. Return Timeframe

  • Customers may request a return within (7 DAYS) days of delivery.

  • Requests made after (7 DAYS) days will not be eligible.

3. Refund Process and Timing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds will be initiated within (5–7 business days) after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Customers will be notified via email at (mdshadab3045@gmail.com) once the refund is processed.

4. Exchange Option

  • Exchanges for size or color are allowed, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

5. Damaged/Defective Product Handling

  • If a product is delivered damaged or defective, customers must notify (DAILY THREADS) within (7 DAYS) days of delivery.

  • A replacement or refund will be offered after verification.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, and hygiene-sensitive apparel.

  • Customized or personalized clothing.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Returns due to size, preference, or incorrect customer details are not eligible for refunds.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by (DAILY THREADS).

  • In case of defective or incorrect items, (DAILY THREADS) will cover the return shipping charges.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged. In such cases, return shipping is covered by (DAILY THREADS). Shipping fees are non‑refundable in all other cases.
  • Non‑refundable unless the error is caused by (DAILY THREADS).
